It has efficient gas central heating throughout, a steep staircase which may be unsuitable for the infirm & young children.
Off-road parking is available for one car at the front of the cottage. Your dog is welcome, though not allowed on the furniture or upstairs.
The owners are non-smokers and as this cottage is their second home, request that guests kindly refrain from smoking.
